Community/Family Picnic - Friday Sep 11

Tomorrow Chaffey Burke Elementary will have its annual Community/Family Picnic, 12pm to 2:30pm. Children return to the classrooms they occupied this week at 2:30pm for any announcements, picking up school supplies they may have brought/used, and will be informed about Monday. Students are released at 3pm as usual.

Please meet your child/children at noon to have lunch together - blankets are often a good idea as the grass may still be a bit damp from yesterday’s rain.

Tables will be set up for your food item to share after lunch and if you are able to volunteer during this time with arranging tables of food and helping to direct families through buffet style lines, look for Nicole, Elaine or I and we will be able to direct you.

Enjoy the afternoon with your family and see you there!

On behalf of the PAC Executive,

Mary
